Fadi Lada’a is a seasoned development professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, community development, and housing finance.

At Habitat for Humanity Jordan, he leads key programs focused on home repairs, savings groups, and housing finance, ensuring impact, accountability, and alignment with community needs.

Fadi also has extensive experience in coordinating volunteer programs, especially within the Global Village initiative, and excels in working with a wide range of stakeholders to improve the living conditions of vulnerable families.

Maysa’ is an experienced Communications and Advocacy Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity with over 10 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors.

In her role, Maysa’ leads the organization’s communication strategies, managing media relations, digital channels, and public messaging to raise awareness and strengthen Habitat’s visibility. She represents Habitat in meetings, events, and strategic discussions, ensuring effective storytelling and engagement with diverse audiences.

Tariq is a civil engineer with over 14 years of experience in infrastructure and shelter projects across Jordan and Turkey. He specializes in structural assessment, construction supervision, and multi-sectoral project management.

At Habitat for Humanity Jordan, he leads engineering efforts for shelter rehabilitation and repair, overseeing technical assessments, site implementation, and quality control.

Tariq also plays a key role in Habitat’s earthquake response in Turkey, supporting safe and resilient housing reconstruction.

He holds a Project DPro certification and is committed to delivering impactful, community-driven shelter solutions.

Aya conducts social research and assessments, providing insights into the needs and challenges faced by the communities Habitat serves, and helping shape programs that address these needs.

Mohammad coordinates the logistics and transportation of materials and staff to and from project sites, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization’s fieldwork.
